Human primary cells of the Respiratory tract

We are constantly working to refine our previous method and to compare Ciliary Beat Frequency (CBF) on Human bronchial epithelial cells in ALI cultures between healthy donors and the corresponding epithelial cells from patients affected by COPD, asthma and cystic fibrosis. For this purpose, we have developed, in collaboration with Dr. A. Kamgoué (French National Centre for Scientific Research, University of Toulouse, France) an innovative and performant software to quantify CBF on video-recordings at different temperatures.
